Welcome to 2018 

Evan Sims, PTCA President , will introduce the Executive Committee officers and the Board of Directors. Who are they? Why they serve? How you can get involved and assist them.  He will also present a review of 2017 PTCA accomplishments as well as organizational goals and plans for 2018. Who are we as an organization? What do we offer our membership? How do we connect with our tree industry as individuals, professionals, service providers?  Please join us to share history, visions, and next steps for our great organization.      

Dan Simpson - Encouraging staff development is one way to retain key employees and increase their sense of value to your operations and our industry. Where and how can they connect with resources that offer opportunities to get the information they need to perform safely and efficiently.  There have been changes to what were once considered intimidating commitments.  Dan Simpson has been reaching out to various connections and will present an updated overview of educational programs and opportunities available in San Diego County. This will also include a list of organizations who share PTCA interests in our trees and community forests.
